The company operates across the UK and sells, supports and maintains voice and data solution. There is now a requirement for an additional Sales professional to join the team. Living location Cheshire, Manchester, Lancashire. The ideal experience for this role is a proven track record in business to business sales, selling business phone systems / voice / data solutions/ e.g Mitel, Avaya, Panasonic or similar PABX / VOIP solutions. This is primariy a new business role, though there will be a few existing Accounts and some marketing leads. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established telecoms company with an excellent portfolio of telecoms products. The successful candidate will be proactive, have good communication skills, be well presented and have a proven track record in busines to business sales in telecoms.

Responsible To: Managing Director
PURPOSE
Identifying new business and progressing opportunities inline with Sales Order Targets. Providing Customer support across allocated accounts and delivering superior service to ensure our Products and services are successfully marketed and sold within the UK environment.
Work with Operational and Service Teams to ensure that Products and services are successfully delivered inline with business needs.
Maintain and develop relationships with both new and existing Customers via regular meetings, telephone calls and emails.
DIMENSION 1. Principal Accountabilities includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
a) Calling and Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business. b) Negotiating terms of an agreement and closing the sale. c) Acquire and maintain a detailed understanding of companies' business areas, products and requirements. d) Gather market and Customer information to write an account plan for each customer. e) Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing Customers with quotations. f) Recording sales and order information on Sales Logix. g) Feeding current and future buying trends and product requirements back to the Company. h) Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets set. i) Prepare a weekly report as per work instructions. j) In conjunction with the rest of the sales team, design and implement suitable business strategies to achieve stated company business objectives.
Basic Salary - £25 - £35K - OTE £70K Car Allowance £170 a month Mileage - 40p a mile for the 1st 10,000 miles, 25p thereafter. Pension with standard life after 3 months of employment - employee contribution 4.5% a month - Company Match this 4.5% a month. Private Health Care after 2 years of employment 25% of RAC Cover Child Care Vouchers Company Rewards Scheme
