Job Title:Telecoms Account Managers (Internal/External) - Manchester

Description:Our client is an expanding and Nationwide supplier and maintainer of (Manchester based) of leading Telecom, Data and VOIP solutions and products including NEC, Mitel, Aastra, Panasonic and respective Telecoms Maintenance Contracts. They sell to SMEs, Corporate Companies throughout the UK. The company has an excellent story to tell and due to substantial annual business growth, several key Telecoms Sales opportunities have now arisen within the Sales Department for both Internal Sales Account Managers and Field Sales Executives with Telecoms (PABX / VOIP/Maintenance Contracts ) experience. The Internal Sales Account Managers are office (Manchester) based sales roles taking incoming sales enquiries (80%) regarding additional moves and changes, small telephone system enquiries and lines and minutes leads. There will be some out bound calls to existing and new accounts. So excellent telephone manner and commmunication skils are essential.
The successful candidates will have a proven track record in business to business Account management from within a Telecoms environment. If you have a proven track record in Telecoms sales (Internal or External) these are excellent opportunities to join a major player in the telecoms industry and develop a career. Salaries at c£15k with c£25k-£30k ote)

Field Sales Executives (to £25k + car/car allow + c£50k ote)

These are a combination of both account management and new business sales roles again selling the Client's Telecoms product portfolio of NEC (aspire / xn120), Aastra, Panasonic Business Telephone systems and Service/Maintenance Contracts.

The Person

You will have a strong field sales background within the Telecommunications arena.
Professional telephone manner
Experience of being able to proactively develop new business customers from cold
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
Have excellent administrative skills
Cope well under pressure and within time scales
Produce regular sales reports detailing customer wins, sales out and pipeline opportunities
A closer and an achiever who is restricted in their current role and now looking for a more exciting and rewarding opportunity.
