Description:Our client is a very successful and well established telecommunications company based in the Surrey area. The company is experiencing continued business success and they are in the process of expanding and there is now a requirement for a Customer Service / Account Manager to join the Mobile phones team.This is an office based role, normal working hours Monday to Friday, dealing with calls coming from a number of key corporate accounts. The purpose of the role is to support a number of key accounts, dealing with inbound queries regarding BlackBerry and mobile phone products.For this role it is essential you have worked for a telecommuncations company in an office based role ideally dealing with Custoner Service / Account Manangement on products such as BlackBerry or Mobiles.You will have excellent communication skills, be professional and hard working. The role offers scope for development and growth. If you have worked in an office based Customer Service / role in a company that specialises in Mobile Phones / BlackBerry smart phones this is the ideal background. Location Surrey, Kingston upon Thames area, nearest train station Walton train. Benefits: Salary 20K-25K.
