The company is experiencing continued business success and they are in the process of expanding and there is now a requirement for a Customer Service / Administrator in the Mobile phones team focussing on small to medium enterprise customers (SME's). For this role it is essential you have worked for a telecommuncations company in an office based role ideally dealing with mobiles adminstration / customer service. You will have excellent communication skills, be professional and hard working. The role offers scope for development and growth. If you have worked in an office based Customer Service / Adminstration role in a company that specialises in Mobile Phones this is the ideal background. Location Surrey, Kingston upon Thames area, nearest train station Walton train.
Job Purpose:
To manage all hardware requests for the SME accounts fulfilling these in line with the contract parameters and the internal SLA's for the business. Working closely with the customer account administrators to ensure that all database changes in terms of cost centre amends, tariff migrations, end user database production and account reassignments are maintained to a satisfactory level.
Responsibility

Responsible for database management and SME customer procurement
Principal Accountabilities
- Placing Customer orders on SOP including manadatory fields - Confirmation of product availability and ETA - Re-send of pdf invoice requests - Migration and activations of connections - Cost centre and end user amendments -Barring of mobile connections -Management of post-distribution, franking, couriers and special delivery - Front line call handling -Production of corporate reports, bespoke customer reports, stockpot statements and monthly pricelists -Pre bill run checks on the SME customer accounts -Production of the end user database and call limit reporting -Despatch of GPRS settings
Knowledge and Experience
-Knowledge of the Carefone system (SOP & Cus Conn) -Strong PC skills, particuarly Microsoft Excel -Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers -Ability to work to defined deadlines -Good communication skills
Job Challenges
To support both the Account Management and Operations team as the key contact for asll SMR customer administrations. Control of monthly reporting and pre bill run checks.
