Our client is a £multi-million, market leading and fast moving IT/Telecoms industry success story. The company is part of am award winning national group that has been established for over 25 years. From Unified Communications and Hosted Telephony to telephone systems the company offers the complete voice and data solution. With a state-of-the-art IT and Telecoms product portfolio, growing revenues and an ever-increasing customer base the company is enjoying an exciting phase of growth. The company is an authorised reseller on behalf of world class telecoms manufacturers such as Siemens, ShoreTel and LG-Nortel.
There is now a requirement for an additional senior engineer to join the team. For this role ideally the successful candidate will be experienced on the Siemens Hipath 3000 / Siemens OpenOffice / OpenScape range or ShoreTel systems. The more experience and formal training / accreditations on the Siemens or ShoreTel portfolio the better. The successful engineer will also have strong ICT skills and experience on Cisco. Knowledge on Oak products (call management / call logging) will be a plus. Engineers with a strong background on Nortel BCM will also be seriously considered.
The ideal living location for this position is Avon, Somerset, Wiltshire or surrounding areas. This is a mixed and varied role involving remote diagnostics, client support, installation, commissioning and maintenance. It is essential you have strong communication skills, are well presented with a flexible positive attitude and good proactive problem solving skills. The role would suit a keen, hardworking motivated candidate who wants to develop their career within a dynamic and ambitious company. Benefits Basic: £25K- £32K + Car / Car Allowance + overtime (negotiable depending on experience).
