Our client is a leading supplier of business communication solutions. The company has strategic partnerships with the worlds leading communications companies such as Alcatel-Lucent. Established for 15 years, the company is growing and has an excellent story to tell. There is now an urgent requirement for an additional home based field engineer to join the team. For this role it is essential the successful candidate will be experienced on the Alcatel range of PBX / IP Telephony solutions and have a minimum of 2 years field engineering experience. The more experience on the Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX or Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Office systems the better. The ideal living location for this position is South of Birmingham e.g. Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Kent etc. This is a mixed and varied home based role involving remote diagnostics, system installations, maintenance and client support. It is essential you have strong organisational and communication skills, a flexible approach, good proactive problem solving skills and are well presented. The role would suit a keen, hardworking and motivated candidate who wants to develop their career within a well established, professional, company. Benefits: Salary: £25K-£45K + Car + benefits (negotiable depending on experience).
