Can you co-ordinate and support the internal service and sales function for a growing Telecoms reseller?
Our client is a highly successful, dynamic and growing Telecoms & VOIP "one-stop-solution" success story. Based in North Kent with a sales t/o of c£4.5 million and employing 25 staff, they cover London & The South East of England predominantly. This Telecoms and Network Managed Solutions specialist has strong ambition and they are keen to further increase the size of the service and operations team. To further ensure that the highest levels of 'exceptional service delivery' are maintained for their customers, they are keen to attract an experienced telecoms service/operations co-ordinator / service delivery professional to the team.
Job Description.
* Receive orders from customers and manage order placement with suppliers. * Provision voice (VoIP) and data circuits. * Process orders for geo and non-geo number portability. * Plan and schedule Telecoms engineer service visits * Interface with internal sales team customers alike. * Answer questions on our products and services. * Handle billing and account enquiries raised by telephone and/or email. * Raise technical support tickets against telephone and/or email requests. * Manage product inventories. * Raise invoices and handle general office administration duties.
Essential Skills / Experience:
* At least 1 year's of experience in a similar role. * Telecoms Service Desk / Telecoms Co-ordinator experience * Energetic in personal, written, and telephone interactions. * Meticulous organisation and attention to detail. * Fast learner. * Ability to develop and document procedures and systems. * Ability to work under pressure. * Excellent written and spoken English. Preferred Skills / Experience: * Technical appreciation of telecoms (the more the better)
It is essential that for this position the successful candidate has experience working for a telecoms company in a similar business to business, co-ordinator / customer service role and is experienced in areas such as provisioning, order placement, liaising with BT, dealing with billing enquires etc. This experience would have been gained working for a Telecoms PBX / VOIP reseller or an ISP or a Carrier. You will be well presented and have excellent communication skills.
