Our client is a highly successful, UK leading, Telecoms company that provides innovative telephony, SIP and VOIP solutions for the UK and 20 International markets. They are a well established and successful provider of VoIP solutions to corporates, resellers and government departments. They provide customised VOIP solutions that improve their customers' communications whilst reducing their overall telecom costs.
They are seeking a highly motivated graduate with sales and entrepreneurial skills to join the Business Development Team. This new, key, pro-active sales opportunity will incorporate a large element of customer interaction, providing a varied and interesting working day within a Business to Business sales environment. This role is has become available due to Company expansion and growth.
The Company has an online presence but is now seeking an executive to develop and convert new leads and business via the telephone and customer visits followed by the subsequent account management.
Your duties will include;
o Conduct all calls, inbound and outbound, efficiently and professionally ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and service level agreements are met o To provide a consultative sales service of products and services as required, in line with individual targets and service levels o Conduct fact finds with clients by means of inbound and outbound calling assessing and advising on potential requirements o Create proposals suitable to the clients requirements, ensuring the completion of the required paperwork in line with procedures to confirm the order o Maintain contact with potential clients to chase required paperwork to confirm orders o Account Management of existing clients, assessing further requirements and service of sales o Update CRM with notes and documentation on all calls and sales o Achievement of KPI's as set by the Managing Director o Ensure that knowledge of products, services and procedures is up to date
The right candidate must have;
o Be a university graduate o Have at least 18 months of experience in a corporate, B2B sales environment. Have demonstrable experience of selling a complex or technical product in a consultative manner. o Have an understanding of the Telecoms and the Internet o Know how to overcome standard objections o Be an advanced user of Excel and Word o Able to work on a full time basis o Able and willing to work autonomously o Have aspirations and personal qualities to manage a team o Is used to working in a target driven environment
It would be desirable if the candidate;
o Has knowledge of or has worked within the telecoms market. o Has knowledge of the Microsoft CRM and similar products.
Our client is an innovative company with an ethos of providing solutions for new market opportunities. They welcome new ideas and encourage the development of new solutions and services. Their office hours are 9am to 5.30pm. The role will be based at the Clapham Junction office with starting salary of £25,000 per annum plus sales commission. OTC in first year £35,000.
