There is now a requirement for additional Customer Service Executives to join the Customer Services Team. These key office based roles will provide a high-level customer service to the companies client base, manage and support all non-assigned accounts, process all orders for non-assigned accounts, ensure customer churn is kept to a minimum and support the Account Manager accounts as and when required. The role is mainly dealing with inbound calls and some proactive calls to existing customers to ensure they are delighted with the service and support they are receiving.
The successful candidates will ideally have customer service experience gained working for a telecommunications or IT company. For this role it is essential candidates have strong customer service and communication skills, an excellent clear professional telephone manner and be computer literate. The role is based in the City of London (E2) and the office is in walking distance from Moorgate, Liverpool Street and Barbican underground / main line stations. Benefits: Basic Salary £18,000 -£20,000 + up to £4,000 performance related bonus.
