Established in 1991, our client provides complete communications solutions for customers throughout the UK and Europe and it's success has been established through providing extensive technology knowledge, expertise and experience in voice, networks and server solutions (VMware, Networks, Cisco, WAN's MPLS Telecoms). From their purpose built premises in Leicestershire, they currently employee approx 20 staff and undergoing an extensive growth initiative in terms of turnover, profitability and customer acquisition. As part of their planned expansion, they now seek additional, Internal sales Executives ideally with some IT / Telecoms / VMware / Cisco solutions / B2B Internal sales experience to work with the Sales Team and assist to increase sales and business development.
Applicants need talented and enthusiastic individuals with a committed, can-do attitude to work with and learn from the Sales Team in the Market Harborough office.
Working alongside established Sales Account Managers, you will assist with all aspects of the sales process to promote our client's wide ranging scope of IT services to SME organisations throughout the UK.
In supporting the sales functions you will help create quotes and proposals, liaise with customer service, and respond quickly and professionally to customer queries. The successful candidate will: " Be able to work to deadlines and maintain positive attitude under pressure " Possess excellent communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation " Possess excellent organisational and time management skills " Provide accurate documentation, quotes and proposals in timely fashion " Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail. " Effectively interact with other departments including the account, marketing and customer service " Ensure that proper client records are updated on the CRM system
Training and support to gain a thorough understanding of our clients product portfolio of services will be given.
Sales experience in the IT / Telecoms sector would be an advantage although drive and personality are more important.
