Due to continued success they are now seeking an IT Support / Help Desk Team Leader to join their support team. This is a mixed and varied role with resonsibilities including, being the first point of contact for customer, answering incoming customer telephone and email technical support queries, establishing information of customer queries and escalating when necessary, new customer order processing, taking payments for purchased services, assisting customers with configuration requirements, perform basic training and testing, simple modification and scripting, be able to train and teach others effectively and methodically, identify problem areas, update or produce fault finding guides etc
They are seeking a reliable candidate who takes ownership of situations with a methodical approach to problem solving, as part of a team or leading a team. The successful candidate will be, mature, methodical, reliable, a good communicator, team player who is customer focused and able to make decisions
It is essential for this role that the successful candidate has:
Supervision or proven of supervision potential with IT background Customer service experience Excellent telephone manner Very strong PC skills in Microsoft Office: Word & Excel Good email, instant messaging and web knowledge Able to work in a timely and managed fashion as part of a team or alone without supervision while still completing scheduled tasks within SLAs. Be able to communicate in management terms
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
Experience in the telecommunications industry (VOIP & PSTN) PC Hardware and software installation, LAN and routers settings HTML editing experience Experience in business applications, install & configure (support, CRM, CMS, webshop, email, etc | | | No of Positions: | | 1 | | | Consultant: | | Ed Bailey |
