£200 for each successful introduction.
A "successful introduction" is defined as a candidate who takes
up an appointment through TTR Ltd and who goes onto complete his or
her trial period of employment including exceeding the applicant guarantee
scheme (typically 6 weeks from start date)
In each of these cases, the named reference will receive a payment of
£200 for each successfully completed candidate placement.
The more technology colleagues that you recommend, the more money you
can earn.
NB this applies to you either getting your associates to send us their
CV (quoting your name and address) or you giving us the names for us to
contact (anonymously if you prefer) and we can then log your name as the
candidate supplier reference.
