The company has an excellent product portfolio including mobiles, lines and calls, call logging and is a reseller of world class telecoms manufacturers such as Avaya, Samsung and Panasonic. The company also has the advantage of being a BT WLR3 partner and have their own billing package.
They are experiencing continued growth and they have ambitious plans for their future business expansion, including increasing the sales of their Telecoms business by appointing a dynamic Telecoms Sales Manager to manage, motivate and drive a small sales team.
Key responsibilities.
"Hands-on" dynamic Telecoms Sales Manager to manage and motivate a small, yet highly successful team of Telecoms Field Sales Executives (2 currently). The aim is to grow this team to 5-6 strong.
Possess strong leadership & sales skills (proven Telecoms sales track record) a must as is the desire to increase sales and increase the sales team. You will be actively involved in Co-ordinating sales appointments as well as closing major deals.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have full responsibility for setting, assessing & monitoring individual and team targets, as well as achieving own targets and goals.
General responsibilities will also include -
Weekly & monthly Sales forecasts Review sales strategy Maximise sales potential Lead marketing / telesales campaigns Recruitment & Training Liaison & communication with other internal departments
Ideal applicants will be experienced Telecoms Sales Managers who now seek a new Sales Management challenge within a dynamic and growing Telecoms success story. It is essential that you can also demonstrate excellent sales and sales management skills as our client seeks a winner!
It is essential that you are also very self motivated, success orientated, money hungry and possess excellent communication skills. Telecoms solutions sales experience is also essential as is existing Sales Management experience from ideally Mobile Phone, Voice, Data, VOIP, Network Services and the Hosted Telephony arena.
Ideal living location is in West Yorkshire area (Leeds, Huddersfield, Bradford or surrounding areas). An attractive salary /commission package is available starting at c£30k-£35k basic + Car Allowance + commission OTE £50K (uncapped).
