Our client is a dynamic, expanding telecommunications company which installs, maintains and supports voice and data solutions. The company is as authorised reseller on behalf of world class telecoms manufacturers such as Avaya and Splicecom and has an excellent story to tell.
Due to growth there is now an urgent requirement for an additional engineer to join the team. For this role it is essential the successful candidate is experienced on the Splicecom or Avaya IP Office business phone systems. The more experience and formal training / accreditations on the Spliceom or Avaya portfolio the better. The ideal living location for this position is Surrey, Hampshire. This is a mixed and varied role involving 80% office based remote diagnostics,/ client supporta nd the remainder in the field installation, commissioning and maintenance. The client might also consider engineers with a background on Mitel IP 3300 or Swyx or similar systems.
It is essential you have strong communication skills, are well presented with a flexible positive attitude and good proactive problem solving skills. The role would suit a keen, hardworking motivated candidate who wants to develop their career within a dynamic and ambitious company.
