Avaya ACM -Telecoms Engineer -London - Surrounding areas - Basic Salary negotiable depending on experience + package.

There is now a requirement for an experienced Avaya ACM field engineer to join the team. In this key position you will provide onsite and remote technical support, maintenance, onsite installations, on-call support when required and provide the highest level of customer service at all times. This is an office based field engineering role. Ideal living location: London, Essex, Surrey, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Kent and surrounding areas.
For this role it is essential the successful candidate has at least 2 years Avaya ACM experience and the more practical knowledge and formal accreditations on the Avaya Communication Manager portfolio the better. You will be proactive when dealing with customer issues, have excellent customer service skills, a flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure, be well presented and work well within a team. Basic Salary: Negotiable Dependant on experience.
Benefits Package On call Allowance, Overtime, Travel Allowance, Car Mileage, Pension, Health Cover, Life Assurance and 22 days holiday per annum increasing to 25 after qualifying Period.
